Dwayne Edward Wilson has devoted his life to one simple but powerful mission: serving people with purpose, compassion, and excellence.

A native of Detroit, Michigan, Dwayne is a graduate of Detroit Northwestern High School and earned his degree from the University of Missouri. His professional journey began in the hospitality industry, where he completed the Red Lobster management training program and served as a food service manager. His passion for culinary excellence soon led him to become a personal chef and caterer, preparing meals for attorneys, judges, physicians, and other professionals throughout the United States.
A calling beyond the table
While his culinary career was rewarding, Dwayne recognized a greater calling — to serve beyond the table. That calling led him to become a Youth Ambassador with the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, where he designed and implemented programs that equipped young people with practical life skills, confidence, and opportunities for success. Among his most recognized initiatives is the Clean, Sanitize, and Prep Program, an innovative program that has positively impacted individuals and communities through education, workforce preparation, and life-skills training.
Service is a universal language capable of restoring hope and transforming lives.
Dwayne’s commitment to service extends far beyond the United States. Through humanitarian outreach in Africa, he worked alongside local communities, providing meals, mentoring young people, and teaching practical skills to youth living in shelters.
The work today
Today, Dwayne continues to expand his vision through several community-based initiatives that reflect his lifelong commitment to empowerment and restoration. His work includes a Returning Citizens Program, designed to help formerly incarcerated individuals successfully reenter society; Community Herbal Renewal, which promotes wellness through education and natural health practices; and the ongoing development of the Clean, Sanitize, and Prep Program. Together, these initiatives represent decades of dedication to helping individuals build healthier, stronger, and more productive lives.
